'Olalah!' - an expression of surprised approval used by the French. Also what I say whenever I cook/eat/see delicious vegan food!
Welcome to Ohlalavegan! Thank you for visiting.
Hi there, my name is Kate, I am British, I grew up in the beautiful French Alps (hence 'Ohlala!') and have a great love for vegan food and traveling. This blog is all about sharing these two passions of mine. I became vegan back in 2010, mainly because, as George Bernard Shaw said 'Animals are my friends, and I don't eat my friends', but also because I saw it as a way of caring for myself and the planet.
On this blog I will be sharing lots of recipes and anything that inspires me in relation to food, health, animal issues, being a vegan, and travel.
If there's anything you want me to blog about or if you have any questions or comments please send me a message, I would love to hear from you!
